Cancellations & Late Appointments
Beginning September 4, 2024 we have updated our cancellation/no show/late policy.
Please notify the salon or your stylist as soon as possible if you are going to be late or cannot make an appointment. Please read the policy in its entirety.
We know your time is valuable and appreciate your understanding that ours is too!
Card on File
We will be requiring a credit card on file in order to book an appointment. This card does not have to be used to pay for services and a hold will not be placed on the card. The card will only be charged in the event of a less than 24 hour cancellation or no show.
Cancellation
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time your card on file will be charged a $50 fee. If you repeatedly cancel with less than 24 hours notice the salon/stylist reserves the right to charge 100% of the services booked to the card on file and may refuse future bookings.
No Show
If you do not call to cancel and also do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the total amount (100%) of your service booked to the card on file. The salon/stylist reserves the right to refuse future bookings.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late please notify the salon or your stylist. We will try to accommodate you the best we can but may have to reschedule your appointment or shorten service time.
