We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you have a Gift Certificate, please present it at time of check in. Our scheduling process allows the time to provide you, our valuable guest the best services possible. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for your own benefit and the benefit of other guests.
Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointment; we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full service with the remaining time. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Appointment times are reserved to accommodate all of our valued guests.
We ask that if a cancelation or reschedule is required for your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice to keep our stylist’s schedules timely mannered. Failure to cancel or reschedule a appointment within 24 hours will result in a charge (dependent on the service scheduled) upon your next visit.
